Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
The hosting service records routine log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use the limited data to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure traffic, and improve the pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. The privacy practices of those services apply to information submitted there, including information submitted through sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Parties That May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed in response to valid legal process when required, and otherwise is not shared outside these functions.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the time needed for the purposes described above. Because the site has no accounts, it does not store visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. If you believe a person under 18 sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your circumstances, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control covered personal data, subject to its scope and exemptions. Because this service retains very little information, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs, then removing data that is found. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Texas state, county, or city custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the appropriate office.
Policy Changes
Revisions to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
